W30 and Paleo are not identical but are very similar. The main difference is that W30 has a stricter philosophy when it comes to sugar. Both diets eliminate: dairy (except for ghee and eggs), legumes and grains. Paleo allows for natural low glycemic sugars like honey, maple syrup and coconut sugar. The first 30 days of W30 focuses on eliminating sugar and starchy carbohydrate cravings. We do allow a lot of crossover in these recipes so if you are intensely focused on eliminating sugar completely, please be sure to check our ingredients list. In our W30/Paleo meals you will be treated to a ton of fresh veggies, fruits, nuts, seafood, meats & herbs. And as with keto, many have claimed to feel the anti-inflammatory benefits of these diets in relation to specific maladies or just general well-being. These meals will always feel light and fresh.
